Air Canada Business Class
Air Canada's Signature Suite on the 787 Dreamliner features lie-flat seats with privacy doors in a 1-2-1 configuration, making it one of North America's best business class products.
37 routes available · Lie-flat seats · Lounge access included
Air Canada is Canada’s flag carrier and largest airline, operating an extensive long-haul network from hubs in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Its business class, branded Signature Class, has undergone a significant upgrade with the introduction of enclosed suites on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet.
Seat and cabin
The Boeing 787-9 features Air Canada’s flagship Signature Suite, a reverse herringbone 1-2-1 layout with sliding privacy doors, a lie-flat bed extending to 76 inches, 21-inch seat width, and an 18.5-inch entertainment screen. The 777-300ER uses an older reverse herringbone product without doors but still offers lie-flat seats with direct aisle access. The A330-300 features a similar 1-2-1 staggered layout. All long-haul cabins provide Saks Fifth Avenue bedding, noise-cancelling headphones, and individual air nozzles.
Dining and service
Air Canada partners with Canadian chefs to create seasonal menus featuring locally sourced ingredients such as Atlantic salmon, Alberta beef, and Quebec cheeses. Meals are served on white china with proper glassware. A dine-on-demand option is available on most long-haul flights, along with a curated wine list selected by an in-house sommelier. The service style is warm and professional, reflecting Canadian hospitality.
Lounge experience
Air Canada operates Maple Leaf Lounges at major Canadian airports and Signature Suites at Toronto and Vancouver for international business class passengers. The Signature Suites offer à la carte dining, cocktail service, and spa-like shower facilities. At international outstations, passengers access Star Alliance partner lounges. The Toronto Pearson Signature Suite is considered one of North America’s best airline lounges with chef-prepared dishes and premium spirits.
