Each suite includes an 18-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, USB-C and AC power, and ambient mood lighting. The A380 offers business class on the upper deck in a 1-2-1 herringbone layout with lie-flat seats and a spacious feel. The 777-200ER uses staggered lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. All cabins feature Korean-inspired design elements with warm earth tones and natural textures.

Dining and service

Asiana’s dining is a highlight, featuring both Korean and Western multi-course menus. Korean options include bibimbap prepared tableside in a stone pot, bulgogi, and traditional banchan sides. Western menus offer contemporary European courses. The wine list includes French, Italian, and New World selections. Service follows Korean hospitality principles with gentle attentiveness, bowing greetings, and meticulous meal presentation. Cabin crew wear elegant hanbok-inspired uniforms and are trained to anticipate passenger needs with warmth and discretion.

Lounge experience

Asiana operates business class lounges at Seoul Incheon Terminal 1, featuring Korean cuisine stations, a noodle bar, traditional tea service, and shower facilities. The lounge offers panoramic runway views and a calm atmosphere with Korean aesthetic touches. At outstations, passengers use Star Alliance partner lounges. The Incheon lounge experience is particularly strong, with freshly prepared Korean dishes and a serene environment well-suited for pre-flight relaxation.
