Azul Brazilian Airlines Business Class
Azul Brazilian Airlines offers lie-flat business class on its Airbus A330 fleet, delivering Brazilian warmth and hospitality on international routes from São Paulo to the US and Europe.
Azul Brazilian Airlines is Brazil’s largest domestic carrier by destinations served and has expanded internationally with Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft. Operating from Campinas and São Paulo, Azul serves destinations in North America and Europe, offering a fresh alternative to established Brazilian carriers with a focus on customer experience.
Seat and cabin
The Airbus A330-900neo features Azul’s newest business class in a 1-2-1 staggered layout with lie-flat seats extending to 74 inches and a 21-inch width. Every seat provides direct aisle access, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, USB and AC power, and noise-cancelling headphones. The A330-200 uses a similar layout with Thompson Vantage seats. The cabin design incorporates tropical Brazilian colours with ocean blue and vibrant accents. Amenity kits include Brazilian-made products, and premium bedding with duvet and multiple pillow options is provided on overnight flights.
Dining and service
Azul serves Brazilian and international cuisine, with menu highlights including feijoada-inspired dishes, pão de queijo, grilled picanha, and açaí desserts. Brazilian cachaça cocktails and guaraná are signature offerings alongside international wines and craft beers. Meals feature fresh Brazilian ingredients and vibrant presentation. Service reflects Brazilian hospitality — warm, enthusiastic, and personal, with cabin crew creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that distinguishes Azul from more formal carriers.
Lounge experience
Azul provides lounge access at Campinas and São Paulo Guarulhos airports, offering Brazilian snacks, hot dishes, and a bar. The Guarulhos lounge features a modern design with comfortable seating and Wi-Fi. At international outstations, passengers access contract or partner lounges. The ground experience is serviceable but not a highlight — Azul’s strength lies in its onboard product and the Brazilian personality of its service rather than its lounge facilities.
