The Boeing 777-300ER features business class in a 1-2-1 staggered layout with lie-flat seats extending to 74 inches and a generous 22-inch width. Each seat includes a 17-inch touchscreen, USB and AC power, and a batik-patterned amenity kit. The A330-900neo offers a similar 1-2-1 layout with updated Collins Aerospace seats. The A330-300 uses a slightly older configuration but maintains lie-flat capability. Indonesian batik motifs and warm wood tones throughout the cabin create a distinctively Southeast Asian atmosphere that sets Garuda apart from competitors.

Garuda operates the Premium Lounge at Jakarta Terminal 3, offering Indonesian and international cuisine, a live cooking station with nasi goreng and bakso, barista coffee service, and shower facilities. The Jakarta lounge provides one of the more culturally immersive pre-flight experiences among Southeast Asian carriers, though the wider airport infrastructure at CGK can be challenging.
