LOT Polish Airlines Business Class

LOT Polish Airlines is Poland’s flag carrier and one of Europe’s oldest airlines, operating from Warsaw Chopin Airport. As a Star Alliance member, LOT connects Central Europe with North America, Asia, and the Middle East, primarily using its all-Boeing 787 Dreamliner long-haul fleet.

The Boeing 787-9 and 787-8 feature business class in a 1-2-1 staggered layout with Thompson Vantage lie-flat seats extending to 74 inches and a 21-inch width. Every seat provides direct aisle access, a 16-inch touchscreen, USB and AC power, and noise-cancelling headphones. The cabin uses a warm colour palette inspired by Polish design traditions. Dining and service

LOT serves Polish and international cuisine, featuring dishes such as pierogi, żurek sour rye soup, bigos hunter’s stew, and Polish-style duck. Vodka is prominently featured alongside European wines and local Polish craft beers. Meal presentation uses branded LOT tableware with linen napkins. Cabin crew deliver service with Polish hospitality — warm, professional, and unpretentious. The dining experience reflects Poland’s underrated culinary heritage and is a genuine highlight of the product.

Lounge experience

LOT operates the Polonez Lounge at Warsaw Chopin Airport, offering Polish dishes, a soup station, hot and cold buffet, and a bar with Polish vodka selections. The lounge includes shower facilities and a business corner. It is adequate but modestly sized for the airline’s growing hub operation. At outstations, passengers access Star Alliance partner lounges. The Warsaw lounge delivers a functional experience, with the best pre-flight dining reserved for the onboard service itself.
